Business ($99/month or $696/year) — unlimited Profiles at the plan rate (each extra profile = $99/month), 550 Credits/month, everything included + 30-min onboarding + early access to new features, broad analytics (250 video analyses, 8 audits, 25 competitors).

How do Credits work?

Credits are the consumption unit for AI features. Schedule: 1 Credit = 1 script · 2 Credits = 1 carousel · 2 Credits = 1 Studio import · 4 Credits = 1 generation of 5 ideas · 0.5 Credit/AI edit after the 3 free edits per script.

The allocation is per Profile (each Profile has its own envelope, non-pooled), credited every month and expiring at the end of the cycle. Analytics (videos, competitors, audits, benchmarks) do not consume Credits — they have their own monthly quota per Profile.

Can I buy additional Credits?

Yes, at any time. 100 Credits = $9.99, also available in packs of 200, 300, 500 and 1,000 (i.e. $0.0999 per Credit). The Top-up is tied to the Profile from which the purchase is initiated and remains valid until the end of the current billing cycle. Top-up Credits unused at the end of the cycle = lost, no refund (consumable digital nature).

Can I manage multiple accounts (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook)?

Yes! Each Profile in your Space has its own data, its own profiling and its own connected account on each platform. All paid plans let you create as many Profiles as you want, with each additional profile billed at the unit rate of the subscribed Plan (Creator $23/month, Pro $47/month, Business $99/month — monthly equivalent on annual). Quotas and credits are allocated per Profile, not pooled across Profiles.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Accepted Answer

Yes, any time from your account settings via the Stripe Billing portal. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period: end of the month for monthly, end of the year for yearly. No prorated refund is owed for the remaining period or for unused AI Credits (monthly allocation or Top-up).

Is my data secure?

Accepted Answer

Yes, Vervox is GDPR compliant. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. You can export it (JSON format) or delete it any time from your account settings. Billing record retention: 10 years (French tax obligation).
