- How do I submit feedback to the Vervox team?
- Fill in the form above. Pick a category (idea, bug, question or other), write your message, and attach a screenshot if it's a visual bug. Your message lands directly in our inbox.
- Do you reply to every piece of feedback?
- We read absolutely everything. We reply personally when a message needs clarification or when your idea is going on the roadmap — that's why leaving your email is useful even though it's optional.
- What happens to my idea after I send it?
- Every piece of feedback is triaged internally. The best ideas end up on the Vervox roadmap and ship in future versions. You can follow what gets released on the What's new page.
- Can I send feedback without creating an account?
- Yes. The form is public and works without an account. If you don't fill in the email, your message is anonymous — we just won't be able to reach back out to you.
- Are my data and screenshots shared?
- No. Your message, email and screenshots stay internal to Vervox. We don't share them with any third party and they aren't indexed publicly.
